I'm here, really I am...
It does seem to me like I've been away for such an extended time.
Things here at the hobby house have been... shall we say, "infected." We have had a mutant germ lurking for the last bit knocking each of us down in our own special way. I'll spare you the details, but know there was a general sense of misery and antibiotics have become our new best friends! My aunt kindly delivered a Thanksgiving meal to us and we so appreciated the privilege of eating in our jammies and following the meal with naps.
I have been busy knitting the last few days... A girl must be doing something as Christmas is fast approaching! I have also spent some of my time shopping online in order to avoid the crowds. LL Bean, Etsy, Barnes & Noble, and Life is Good are my current sites of choice.

I received your Christmas package today- thank you so much! I LOVE the fabric bundle the fabrics are so nice and soft! I will be a good mom and share the peppermint candies with the kids :-) The last gift will be saved for Christmas- I can't wait.... I've been squeezing it all day, so now I better hide it....
